The group I usually have lunch with recently switched our pancake Tuesdays for hamburger Mondays at the local student society... they have really good burgers

So no pancakes for me today.

I didn't have any either... I didn't even realise it was pancake day until very late last night!

Not only did I make pancakes, the sucessful-flip ratio was well over 80%. Years of thwarted flippage now over!

Very good Shrove Tuesday all told. Lime and sugar an interesting new pancake combo.
