There are worse ways to celebrate one's 70th birthday than taking the proverbial out of complete morons who abuse your services, especially when said services are the phone lines for the emergency services themselves.

Shining examples include the guy who cut his finger (two days before), the bloke who was miffed as his wife hadn't left him any tea, someone angry as they'd not received their benefits this week, people finding spiders in the bath, and more.
