Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency
I can remember people being sorry they missed repeats of 'The Lord Of The Rings', and 'Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy' when they were on Radio 4 (the best pictures), so a last minute or so heads up for this, starting at 6:30 this evening. Harry Enfield plays Gently and Olivia Coleman's in it, too. The books were great, so I hope this stands up as well...

Perhaps I should also have mentioned that Billy Boyd is in it, too. And I thought Gordon Way sounded like Scumspawn from 'Old Harry's Game'...
Really, even if you have an aversion to Enfield, mad, it ought to be worth checking out an Adams serialisation. I'm enjoying it, although it's the kind of thing you have to pay close attention too, even if you read the book. The ending, as I recall was pretty mindblowing, and it's two broadcasts away now.
