I've had my teeth professionally bleached by the dentist (£300 for top £300 for bottom) and it lasted about 2yrs. Since then I've use Crest Whitening Strips which I buy everytime I go to the US but now since my best friend is dating a US serviceman he can pick them up from the base for me. $20 for a 7 or 14 day kit (I'm drunk I can't remember, lol) and results last for about a year and lighten your teeth by about 5 shades. Never tried over the counter stuff but these strips are the f'ing business. Look on Ebay for them.
