I visit the site everyday, which is probably obvious, cos according to Bunny's figures I posted 30% of the total posts in 2007. Go me! (or is that, Sad me?)

When I started visiting BuffyUK, I was about 14/15, at school with a sarcastic streak the size of texas.

Now, i'm living in York, engaged to lil_miss (just over 6 months to go!), we own a 3 bed semi in the suburbs and we're totally settled, redecorating and whatnot. Life's good.

I check in once a day, most days.

Life? Have been living with my boyfriend unofficially for 4 months but officially (him not having another house to go to when I kick him out, joint bank accounts etc) since December 1st. It's all fantastic (except for today 'cos I'm ill and hate everyone, lol). I'm currently job hunting but not trying particually hard as I'd rather be a kept woman We have a trip to Lake Garda planned for the summer for our year anniversary and hopefully we'll get to Texas so I can meet his family at some point this year. My babies are now 9yrs and 11yrs old

Well I'm kind of a lurker nowadays. I visit every few days I think but don't post much.

I'm now living with my fiance in his parents' house until we can afford our own place. I've just had a baby boy in November who I'm loving to bits.

I've never been happier (or more exhausted, LOL)

I look most days but never really post.

Ive now graduated from my degree, i have my own small film company, i teach on and off at my old uni and im the manager of a new rock club in Essex so life is all abit different form when i was 14/15 and started out in the land of umtb and the like.

Oh i also work of a collection of bands so as you can guess im abit of a busy bee.

When I first joined the site, I was broke, single and lived with my dear old Mum. These days, I'm still broke, still single and still living with my dear old Mum. In between though, I went to uni then dropped out, and am currently doing the whole customer service call centre thing, with aspirations of a real job someday...

I'm still here.

Since I part written the site I've finished a Bachelor degree & a Master degree at Uni and moved most of my stuff to the UK and spending most of my time there with VelvetGlove still looking for a permanent job and doing some freelance stuff to keep me ticking over in the meantime.

Well i had password recognition problems which i've just figured out, so i've only started revisiting again and for the majority of times, i lurk.

When i first started posting (firstly at BUK), there was hubby and my oldest. He (Joel) was six. He's now fourteen, in high school, taller than i am and doing so, so well. So as well as autism, we now have puberty on top of that...a lovely mix as you can imagine...not! Hannah is now close to turning the grand old age of seven. She's big for her age (fits in clothes for an eight year old), has hair down to her hips, is arty, funny, curious and asks a million questions and is mad on teddy bears...Build A Bear is her mecca. She's in year two now, really enjoys school and is a blessing, considering her early start, she's really come along. Me and hubs are still married (16 and a bit years now)and still muddling along, i'm still a stay at home mom, i while I still have a fascination for David Boreanaz (totally yummy in 'Bones'), now it's more towards Vincent D'Onofrio

I'll check on here every couple of days, more so the meets forum, very rarely check any of the others, and it was just luck I checked general chat and saw this thread.
I am now married with 4 kids and living in a 5 bedroom house in Dorset. I'm currently working as a chiropracture while having taken up the brilliant hobby of philately.
Actually, that last paragraph was made up as most you probably know. I am still living at home with the parents, still in a boring part time job. I'm enjoying the single life and have no kids (as far as I know). This year I intend to find myself a decent job I can settle into, while also pursuing magic as a part time career.
I'm still in contact with a fair few people from here and BuffyUK, but I do kinda feel the site died a long time ago, however the people from it I'm still in contat with are still as top banana as ever.

Oh, and I still love 'The Bangles'!

So then life eh? Let's get started.

This week I'm being promoted to Rental Manager of the Audio/Visual company I've worked at for the last 3 years. I've been seeing my lady (or now 'Future Wife') for little over 6 months and we're going great guns. She's at uni still till May so I'm working on figuring out how to afford a place to live together.

I'm generally a lot busier and not in the 'Go out, get pissed' lifestyle I used to be in.

Basically, I got old

Senior lurker reporting for duty - some of you may remember me...

10 years ago when I joined BUK, I was wondering what it would feel like to be 30 and I was a year into a new job dealing with corporate internet security projects.

Now, I'm wondering what it would feel like to be 40. I'm nearly 11 years into now what has become an all-consuming job which has found me traveling to all parts of this fair land (and a few places beyond that) and this is largely the reason why I've probably not posted here for a couple of years. I drop by occasionally to check the meets forum, which accounts for my occasional impromptu appearances at Ben Crouches. But aside from that my Internet usage is confined to a couple of other forums and for work.

I still have my little bolt-hole tucked away on the Essex/Hertfordshre border and when I do have some spare time I'll spend it playing Guitar Hero on my Wii. Though even this time has been reduced as an innocent decision to improve my lifestyle during October last year and the resulting health check at my GP has resulted in panic regarding my weight and cholesterol readings. So I am now on a no-beer diet, going to the gym 3 times a week (with a view to losing 3 stones) and on medication which makes me feel like I have the flu all the time Even the gym endeavour isn't proving to be that successful. While the weight is starting to come down nicely my car was the subject of a break-in two weeks ago and ransacked. So I'm having to deal with the fall-out from that too...

I do now have a Facebook account (which, curiously, was created because I work with web access control systems which stop the employees of a company spending all their time using this site, and I needed the means to test it without having to keep asking for someone else's credentials), so any of you who actually know my real name can contact me via that site as well.

I'm still around. More often than not though, Matt's logged in on the laptop at home so I just read stuff on his, which inevitably means I don't often post I am here though.

I think Matt updated most of our stuff on his post, about moving to York and getting married later this year. As well as all that I graduated medical school in Julyand am now a Dr, currently working with bones which isn't the most fascinating area but it has to be got through!
