A lot of us will have probably started the year with resolutions to lose some of that excess weight we gained over the last couple of months of 2008. Although Britain might be one of the most obese countries in the world were are not "alone" in our struggle with mass!
Apparently the Milky Way is at least 50% heavier than original thought, and no it isn't because the Mars Candy Company released a bigger version of their tasty snack! Not only is our Galaxy 50% heavier than original though it is also spinning much faster increasing the chance of a collision with another galaxy! It's a dizzying thought isn't it?
It gives a totally new meaning to speed kills if you consider the damage a collision between galaxies will do! Maybe they should start a health and safety campaign aim at those inconsiderate young Galaxies that speed in populated areas? Possibly down the line of "If you crash at 600.000 mph there is an 80% chance Earth dies, but if you crash at 500.000 mph there is an 80% chance Earth lives - Speed kills".

The Noid This must be that Woodstock place mom and dad are always talking about
I could use some of that extra mass! A bit more fat on these bones wouldn't be bad
I guess we should start considering relocating to a more save planet
