Podcasts?

Does anyone else listen to podcasts (and not fake T21 ones)?

I probably spend far too much time listening to them (see Pile of Shame). Having said that, I do walk a lot. Multitasking is good.

My favourite podcast is probably the Giant Bombcast. A humour based gaming podcast. I also follow the IGN Tech Fetish podcast and a few others.

What podcasts would you recommend?

If you donâ€™t listen to podcasts, what is it that puts you off?

If you do listen to podcasts, what are you usually doing at the time, or maybe itâ€™s better I donâ€™t go there....

I'm definitely a podcast listener, though lately i've had a tremendous amount of trouble finding the time (which won't change anytime soon).

At the moment my mainstays are the Giant Bombcast, which is awesome, IGN's Gamescoop and Podcast Beyond and i've also just subscribed to Shack News' Weekend Confirmed on iTunes. In the past my favourite was 1UP Yours and I spent a lot of time listening to Gamespot's Hotspot when the now-cast of Giant Bombcast was running it. That seems like old times now!

Chambler A computer without Microsoft is like a chocolate cake without mustard.

I used to listen a lot of podcasts but stopped as most shows started offering videocasts / vodcast / or whatever you may want to call them as well at the time.

As I didn't tend to listen to them while away from the computer it didn't really make that much difference if I had an audio player in the corner of the screen or a little video player.
