Abrams is gonna be cranked off, unless Nimoy will make an exception for the rebooted Trek franchise.

I dont think Spock in the next Trek film was never something Abrams was pushing for. The second film really has to have the new cast stand alone.

Given that he talked Nimoy out of retirement for the first one, AND managed to rangle guest appearanced on Fringe while he was at it, I dont think he'll be too disappointed

The man's made his money for long enough and entertained enough people in the process. He's earned a break if he wants one.
