Clocks Forward 1 Hour Tonight
Just to remind you that British Summer Time begins tonight so don't forget to put your clocks forward one hour before you go to bed

No I don't think it affects those in other countries - its just the good old UK wanting to mess up our body clocks!!

I'm sure it does Jola I remeber my friend in New York saying lastime their clocks changed ... might be wrong but I remeber that no matter what he is always five hours behind us

Yeah, we do have that change from standard time in the U.S., too--to get an extra hour of daylight in spring and summer. We call it Daylight Saving Time. I think it probably will start here at the end of this weekend or next.

This is really odd as I don't normally forget, but somehow I managed to miss all the normal reminders on the news and in the tv magazines and set my alarm clock as per usual this morning meaning I was late for where I was going.
