This was mentioned in an email from Blackstar, and i remembered quite a lot of interest in this in a thread on the old boards - mostly from the girls, as i recall, can't think why 
Anyway, the complete first season is out on DVD if anyone needs a young Michael Praed fix

I'm sure it won't be long before we have someone saying 'I spoke to Michael Praed on the phone' but regardless ... a wonderful, truly wonderful series which I own on video (yes, even the JC series).
Might even buy the DVD's for this one
And Mmmmmmmmmmmm Michael Praed (whatever he's into these days, be it Jules Verne or other untoward stuff)

Michael Praed! *girlie swoon* I loved that series (Jason Connery was perfectly OK but I couldn't help seeing him as an imposter!)

Recently got the DVD set - and it took me back to watching it with my dad. Talking about it to my cousin (he's 20!) he'd never heard of it, but did recognise a few people especially Ray Winston, who was a brilliant Will Scarlet. As for Robin himself - Jason didn't cut it for me as much as Michael.
