T, as I said at AT, of course you can go. That is kinda the point of this thread...
Evil Willow, you must steal, beg or borrow to get hold of the album. Except from me. It is the funniest thing you will have heard in a long time.
Flowers has also mentioned to me that he's got a ticket, but is anyone else interested in meeting up to see this?

Yep I'll be there! Was gutted to have missed them last time they played London. This is so gonna rock!!
Syd's ticket is sorted, and yes, my ticket is standing. In fact, I didn't see any tickets other than standing ones.
Not that it'd matter. Like I'd want to sit through these guys!

Ooohh - I'm *really* tempted - but it's a school night and I've used up all my holiday this year Do I want to see Tenacious D enough to take half a day unpaid?
/me wanders off to ponder this question

You're working on a Sunday, White Hart?
No, but if I go and see Tenacious D on a Sunday night I don't rate my chances of being able to get up at 6.30 on the Monday morning
Although I suppose on a Sunday it might not finish particularly late...perhaps I could manage it...

OK, thought I'd do some checking for you...
Doors open at 19:30. Now, It kinda depends on whether there's a support act or not, but I'm guessing it'll all be done by 22:30 - 23:00. It's about 30 mins from Brixton to Paddington. There are trains leaving Paddington for Oxford from 23:30 (arrive 01:00), 23:48 (arrive 01:04), 00:20 (arrive 01:45). Combined with a cab home you're guaranteed at least four hours kip before you have to go to work.
So what's the problem?

"Crack went his whippy tail, and the beast was done"
Bought mine today.
Has anyone heard the album yet? Never has the "Parental Advisory" notice been so aptly applied! and what's the chance that a certain Dave Grohl putting in a guest appearance? There's a gap in the FF tour schedule...

I bought the album on import because I got tired of waiting and it kicks major ass! City Hall is just sooooooooooooo funny. But then some of my favourites I couldn't even name due to the Family Friendly policy...
So you meeting up with us Rally, or do you have other plans...?

I'm sure a pub meet up before hand would be in order
Well us international rock stars have got to stick together for friends gigs.

*Claps hands & bounces @ the thought of Rally & Dave Grohl being there*
