From what i've been lead to believe, the Wembley date is selling out very quickly. Hopefully, whoever arranges their tour dates will realise this and add on more dates.. one date on a supposed European tour is just not good enough! If they want to "make it" here in the UK and Europe, they need to play more places!!!!..

Very true, if they want to make it (at least semi) big in the uk, they far more promotion over here. And playing in glorified airplane hangars isn't the way to do it I'm afraid.

Where is the Newcastle date????

I get so annoyed sometimes when bands i like announce a tour and miss out Newcastle.. we are a big city, we have a lively nightlife and we have culture, so why miss us out??.. not all of us can afford to travel y'know!!!

Counting Crows play the Telewest Arena on Friday night, and to be honest, though they're massive in the US, they're not all that known here.. why can't MB20 do the same??

But they're playing Manchester, hun. Can't you get to that gig? It's a lot nearer than London.

I don't know Manchester at all, I'd have to book an overnight stay, it's mid-week (hubby at work, no overnight babysitter) so that's out, and no one to go with.

I think I'm gonna give up soon. Matchbox 20 are the second of my fave bands to play at Manchester, (the other being Lifehouse) and I can't convince any of my mates to go and see either of them with me.
I need to find some people with better taste in music to be mates with.

According to their official website at www.matchboxtwenty.com it's been announced that all European dates have been postponed because of recent world events.. they're hoping to reschedule them for sometime in September... there are a lot of unhappy European fans on their boards right now. And tickets bought for the original dates are, obviously still good for the new ones, though refunds are available too.

That's a huge shame Keeny, but here's hoping that when they reschedule you finally get the venue you want
