Funeral for a Friend

I've only just heard the one of their tracks called 'This Years Most Open Heartbreak'. It's a very good tune and there is the odd sample I have heard.

The best way to describe them would be that they are LostProphets without the accents (Or so Kerrang say)

They are also doing a UK headline tour in July of which I'm very keen to see, the dates are as follows:

4th Cardiff Compass, Point Festival
11th Swindon, The Vic
12th Carlisle, Brickyard
13th T In The Park
24th Birmingham, Acaemy 2
25th Liverpool, Uni
27th Sheffield, Leadmill
28th Norwich, Arts Centre
30th Portsmouth, Wedgewood Rooms
31st London, Electric Ballroom

August
23rd Reading
24th Leeds Festival

I reckon I'll be going to see them at the electric Ballroom, do we have any other volunteers?

Heard some of their stuff and quite like it. They played the Bristol Academy but it was the Kerrang club so it was 18+ and I couldn't go

Maybe next time.

I still maintain the best Welsh band right now is Hell is for Heroes, however.

I've seen this vid on TV and I was really impressed by the fact that they seemed to really be just some blokes who formed a band and that had really gotten their stuff together, no fancy gear for the video, just them playing their real stuff.

Exactly! I think this is their first video, not sure though. Nothing major, but I've got an mp3 of them live and they aren't too bad. I'm pretty sure their 1st EP is released in the next few weeks too.

but yeah got there e.p's very good, proper posthardcore emo stuff!! juno is the best song they've done in my opinion
