Anyone go see them last night in Hyde Park or Manchester the night before?

lil_miss and I went last night with and courtesy of my Mum (couldn't have afforded tickets myself!). After getting to London and working our way into the arena they'd set up in the park we found our seats, which were, thanks again to my Mum, simply excellent. We weren't right at the front, but we could see them well. I dunno how many tickets they sold, but there was a lot of seating, and the standing went back for ages.

They're definitely getting on in years, but Simon & Garfunkel still have voices like Angels. Art Garfunkel's voice especially, combined with Paul Simon's poetic and literary writing is an amazing combination and i'm glad i got the chance to see them in what will possible be their last ever tour.

Simply excellent.
