Missed chances...

I was listening to a bit of the old Guns N Roses today and a feeling of sadness came over me as I realised that I would never be able to see them live (well, only the feeble scraps that are left and lead by the dictatorship of Axl Rose) and it just got me thinking about all the other bands that I never got the chance to see because I was either too young, or they broke up before I got the chance to.

Does anyone else have a band that they'll never get the chance to see?

Not so much never seen but the fact I'll never see Nirvana or Alice in Chains again saddens me.

Miss Corrupt That deaf, dumb and blind kid sure plays a mean pinball!

Oh yeah RATM is another one. I'd loved to have gone and seen them and been in the mosh at their gigs. My Dad also saw Sex Pistols and I'd loved to have seen them just for the experience. It was his first (and only) barfight, bless.

Oh yeah RATM is another one.

The nearest I got to RAtM was when PoF and I saw Audioslave last. They played 'Killing in the Name of' as an encore. The place went frelling ballistic.
