Marilyn Manson, Iron Maiden, Steps, Offspring, Take That, The Darkness....

I don't really do chillout music. Maybe it's just my personality, I just never ever feel like I need to chill out. The idea of chillout music, to me, just makes me think slow, dull, emotionless music.

Party music I do. Shouty, angry music I do. Depressed music I do. Pretending I'm a rock-god music I do. () Chillout music I just don't get...

I used to be like that too.

I was listening to the above stuff just before going to bed the other night and it put me in the right frame of mind to settle down.

I'm still learning at the moment about all the bands that there are (My housemate should be able to sort me out there lol). But bands like Sneaker Pimps, Zero 7, Masive Attack and a new one I found called Pest are pretty good.

Zero 7 are ok but Groove Armada, Air and Nightmares On Wax are my fave bands to chill out to.

Mmm I'm the same as Alex I don't really have any chillout music I'm too energetic!

When I'm feeling a bit delicate after a big night out I like to listen to RHCP, The Streets, Aerosmith, G4, Placebo, Incubus, Rod Stewart..basically the lesser end of heavyness of what I like. Basically something that's not too passionate. I can't chill out to slow songs as usually they're the most intense.

James Blunt, Damien Rice,Dishwalla and Maroon 5 all help me to chill out. I've just discovered Damien Rice and his CD 'O' is a masterpiece
