Hyde Park Calling
I know there's only been one band announcement so far but is anyone else apart from Alex and I going to this in June? We got our tickets yesterday through the Aerosmith fan club (my fan club account & Alexs credit card) and I'm most excited. Don't really care who else is playing
Tickets go on public sale on Friday morning at 9am 'tho you can get pre-sale tickets from www.hydeparkcalling.co.uk from this morning.

Still no news on other acts but this has been added to the website: Aerosmith - Plus a host of further acts to be announced including one of the most successful and interesting post punk bands in Britain.
And for the day before: A great British pioneer of music looks set to headline Saturday, joined by classic artists, both established and new, in support.
Any guesses? I so want it to be the Rolling Stones for the day before. Actually I can't afford to go so I hope it isn't, lol.

Wow! The Rolling Stones would be awesome! I would so go! I don't think it will be though... I'm not sure who I think it'll be... Maybe The Who, although they played at last year's, so maybe not... Paul McCartney..? And as for the post-punk band, I have no idea!

Some more bands have been announced. Supporting Aerosmith is The Answer(Who?) Apparently they played in my pub not long ago and Jazz says I won't like them, lol.
The lineup for the 23rd June is Peter Gabriel, Crowded House, The Feeling and Ghosts. Won't be going to that one then.
