Who is your least favourite character in Buffy/Angel?

Leading on from the 'Who's your favourite' i was considering my answers when i realised that it would be easier to say who my least favourite character is for Buffy. so:

Whos your least favourite character in Buffy? and Why?

and

Who's your least favourite character in Angel? and Why?

Ok, in Buffy it has to be Riley. He sucked [big time]. Ok so he probably wasn't that bad really but he made a pretty poor love interest so soon after Angel and the whole wounded military tough guy 'My macho side is suffering coz Buffy's stronger than me' thing he had going on was sooooooooo annoying.

My least favourite character in Angel isn't going to be a popular chioce, but here goes (/me takes a deep breath before plunging in) Cordy. She still annoys me just as much as she did in her Buffy days. I know she's 'changed' but i still find her hugely patronising and just don't find the transformation believable. I think my feelings have been compounded in season 3 with a silly plot development surrounding her(i won't say anymore at the risk of spoiling)

So, there are mine! What do others think?

In Buffy it would be Xander. Has been from day one and he still ranks as the worst charcter for me.

In Angel it would be Lilah. She's pathetic, weak, trying to be something she's not, and she just plain irritates me.

Well for me it has to be Dawn , just really have never taken to the character.

Yes my least fave Angel character is a spoiler too. With the emphasis on spoil.

In Buffy, it's Anya, a weak substitute for Cordelia if ever there was one, maybe Joss really has lost it with regards to this show. But that's a whole other discussion, which just happens to be going on... HERE

Buffy - well, er, Buffy to be honest. Especially since S$ when she went into uber-whine mode. ANd I agree with Xander being cringe worthy. Just re-watched S1 this week and some of the stuff he came out with just makes you want to slap him! (Oh, and Honorable Mention to Jenny Calendar who always sounded like a snake with her over emphasised S sounds!)

Angel - Must admit, none of the characters really annoy me but Cordy does grate more than the others on average.

My least favourite has always and will always be Buffy. Sanctimonious, hypocritical, self-obsessed. Some 'hero'.
My least favourite on Angel is the blathering Fred.

my least favorite Buffy character of all time is Riley

(for obvious reasons) In season 6 it's got to be jonathan, warren and Andrew. They annoy the hell outta me

In Angel my least favorite is, without a doubt, Kate.

In season 3 it's the grusalog again for obvious reasons.

Least fave character from Buffy would have to be Riley! He just seemed to wholesome to be in that sort of environment, I mean his character's optimism and (for want of a better word right now) innocence was never affected by what he saw or what he went though.

Least fave character from Angel would have to be G... he's just so needy and rather annoying. If I were Cordy I'd say 'Enough already, I know I'm you're princess but I need space!'

Buffy - Definately Buffy, since S4 at least. She's a nasty, hypocritcal, self righteous cow (did someone already say that? I agree with them). Dawn can be a bit annoying, but who wouldn't be with a sister like that.

Angel - There's no one on Angel who really bugs me. If I had to pick someone, it would be Gunn, dunno why.

On Buffy I would say Spike. He's annoying, pathetic and its time he left.

On Angel its Wesley, never really liked him, he bore's me.

Buffy - Anya annoyed me at first, but gotta love her now, I'm with the rest who said Buffy since S4 (feel like slapping her when she starts whining and crying, and that pig nose she gets, arghhhhhhhhh)

Angel - Cordelia bugged me at the beginning of S1 but think she's great now. I can't stand Lilah and Gavin (mainly Gavin). Too smug for my liking.

On Buffy it is (was) Oz - couldn't stand him and was glad to see him go. Now I suppose it would have to be Dawn.

On Angel - Wesley. How I struggled to contain my joy when he went from Buffy only to reappear on Angel. The guy is pathetic and weasley and gives Englishmen a bad name! Thank goodness for Giles! (I'm only up to S5)

n Buffy would be a toss up between Riley - a complete waste of space and Wesley (though do think he has gotten a lot better in Angel!)

Angel - well, not Wesley, funnily enough! Would have to say Gru - it seemed that they just don't know what to do with him! He's like Riley with long hair!!!

Buffy- My least fave for seasons 1 and 2 was Joyce, I just thought she was so annoyingly blind to Buffy being the slayer, grrr. She did improve once she found out and I was quite liking her until she up and died! I also hated Riley and was so glad when he left

Angel- I like everyone on Angel although Wesley does annoy me sometimes, just not a very good Giles substitute

Oh and i LOVE Cordy I just think she is the best

It's got to be either Buffy or Riley in Buffy. To be honest I spent most of the relevent series' wishing that some bad guy would enough brain cells to actually wipe the two of them out (sorry if this offends anyone)

And with regards to Angel i'm not entirely to sure cause to be hnoest with the exceptions of Doyle and Gun they've all been anoying at times. Though if I had to pick one it would probably be Cordelia.

demontown Ever heard the expression biting off more than you can chew? or how bout oh god thats my leg, my leg.

for me the least fave in buffy is dawn- shes quite annoying at times. willow pointed this out in season 6 finale. wah, terra, wah buffy, wah no 1 likes me- thats true, dawn.

in angel- wesley is still annoying. like he was in buffy season 3.
