Reminded me a whole lot of Buffy having to deal with not being able to save Joyce from her illness in S5.

Everybody mopes around chez summers. The talk about destiny, and how sometimes however much you try there will be some people you just can't save.
Wow... isn't this the season of perky morals. Sheesh...
I thought it would have been a whole lot more interesting if Cassie hadn't actually been pre-cognitive, and she'd ended up being sacrificed by the boys because, as they said, she was so obssessed with death that everyone would just assume she'd thrown herself into a river.
But apart from that, the whole thing felt kinda flat. Cassie was likeable enough, but then we had the awful voice-over poetry, and I really didn't care all that much when she died.
