Take your pick which eppy title it is, the former was listed in my TV guide, but i think the latter is the official title.

Another good episode in my book.

First of all, i have to get this off my chest.. i hate David Boreanaz's short extra dark hairstyle.. it doesn't suit him, it makes his face look square and the dark colour ages him.. bring back the blond highlight bits from S1 & S2 like NOW!!!!

I actually made notes through this episode, can you believe it?? i must be getting sad in my old age

Paranormal activity is suddenly at a peak.. rats flooding out of the sewers into toilets, sinks etc... YUK!!!. The phones at Angel Investigations are ringing off their hooks and i liked the way Lorne handled all the different enquiries

Cordelia and Connor are getting closer.. which can't really be a good thing, considering how Angel feels about her. When Connor called Angel "dad", that really got his attention (and mine) without there being any scorn or sarcasm in his voice. And the scene between Angel and Cordelia.. she told him that she loved him but couldn't be with him. She talked about his past as Angelus, which he told her he'd never hidden, so why question it now?, it never used to bother her before, but maybe that was before romance/love/ fuzzy feelings raised their ugly little heads.. i thought it to be slightly strange to be truthful.

Huge cracks are appearing in Fred and Gunn's relationships thanks to the incident with the professor. Ending with Fred taking off.

And Lilah dressed up as Fred.... yikes!!!!!!!!

Birds throwing themselves off the windows and doors of the Hyperion.. yuk..

The scene between Angel and Lilah, and when Lilah told him she wasn't giving him any information, he said it was okay because he got it from Gavin, who looked distinctly bruised and battered and gagged on the office chair

Connor and Cordelia in the alleyway where Connor was born, and where the Beast arose.. is there a connection between the two events?, are they connected? that'll be interesting to follow. The Beast is one mightly scary nasty, with rather even white teeth i noticed.. and he swatted at Connor as if swatting at a pesky fly.

I thought the episode really heated up when the team confronted The Beast and it made mincemeat out of them. None of their weapons even slowed it/him down. I gasped out loud when he/it drove the stake into Angel's neck, and the blood came out of his mouth then he/it flung him off the top of the tall building.

The rain of fire began and Lilah looked terrified for one supposedly so tough. The Beast's arrival definitely caught them unprepared.

And finally.. Cordelia and Connor... have they lost their tiny little minds???, i didn't like this AT ALL!!!, a year ago she was helping to change his nappies for God's sake and now this???, and worst of all, Angel saw the whole thing!!.. can't wait for next week's episode!!!!!
