Ill say its 'pretty' good, the actings pretty good, the stories are pretty good, the effects, pretty good.

Basically what its not doing is anything thats 'wow' or anything thats 'ugh'.

on average scores it fares better than all but the best trek seasons, but thats only because they havent made a single dud.

Id rather have a couple of duds if it meant a couple of classics too...

still not bad all round for an establishing season...

If you remember most first seasons of Star Trek are normally pretty poor - TNG is a case in point!

I love it (especially Trip's Southern accent but I digress....) Never mind about the series itself - what do you think of the power anthem??

I think its completely different and normally I fast-forward the credits but I always let this one play out <cigarette lighter ahoy>!!!!

I think Enterprise has been okay so far...as Wo said there not been an episode to make you go WOW *but* there haven't been any major stinkers yet either....Star Trek series are like wine they always mature with age so by about series 3 this could be absolutley amazing..jsut have to wait and see I suppose.

The Pilot was very entertaining and there has been a couple of decent episodes since (I've seen the first 16) but it's really pretty average stuff. Plenty of potential there, however.

IMHO, this one's got a lot of potential. Like any Trek series, it's taking a while to get going, but it's doing a lot better than Voyager!

There have been a couple of good episodes (I liked "the Andorian Incident" and "Civilization", and at least one naff one (Trip becomes pregnant for goodness' sake?). Generally, the acting and the storylines are good, and although there are a few violations of the established setting, and too many Klingons, it's worth watching.

My only problem is that I can't stand Trip or the title music (sorry Joolie!).

I am loving this latest Star Trek universe. I'm with you Joolie on the theme for this show. I have downloaded it & it is sitting on my hard drive right now being played on repeat. If anyone wants to know it is by Russell Watson & it is called 'Faith of the Heart'. I also don't speed through the credits, I let them play.

I've also watched the first 16 eps, about to get 17 very soon now. I think all the characters are filling out nicely. Also love the fact that the Captain has his dog with him

My favorite Enterprise ep (so far) is the one where Tripp is pregnant. It is sooo funny. I love the theme song, I turn up the volume each time Also think Porthos is sooo cuuute!!
