ok finally found out properly what happens to Connor. After holding all these hostages in a shopping mall some how hes offered the chance of a proper family. He is given fake memories so he remembers nothing adn beleive he has been with the family he will be with for all his life. Everyone else is also given memories so they don't have connor in them except for Angel who has to carry the burden.
