Woo hoo! January is going to be a good month
Sky One January - Angel, SG1, Nip & Tuck
It appears according to one yahoo group that Angel season 5 is coming to sky one on Tuesday 13th January at 9pm
I am completely unspoilt on this season for once !!
This is surrounded by busy programming for Tuesdays as Stargate season 7 moves to 8pm and a new series Nip and Tuck staring Julian McMahon (the gorgeous ex-Mr-Danni-Minogue who also stared in Charmed) begins at 10pm

Any word on Alias S3?
Smallville Season Three airs Monday January 5th at 9pm on E4
Angel Season Five is confirmed as starting on Tuesday January 13th at 9pm on Sky One
Other shows: (according to the January 2004 issue of Cult Times)
Enterprise Season Three on Monday January 5th @ 9pm on Sky One
Tremors: Sci Fi Channel Wednesday January 7th @ 8pm, second episode airing at 9pm
Charmed Season Six Thursday 8th January at 8pm on Living Channel
Jake 2.0 Wednesday January 14th @ 9PM on Sky One.
No mention of "Alias" unfortunately.
I'm also extremely excited as there seems to be a new Channel launching in January called FX and from January 13th, they're airing the first season of "Highlander", which i've seen but never taped!
So January is promising to be an extremely exciting month SF/Cult-TV wise

Looking forward to both the new season of Smalville and Angel.
They'll feel the gap that's been left by Dead Like Me

I do know that the US are on a christmas break so their next episode in the US is 3x11 in a few weeks.
I think that they were farther through in the states last year when we got Alias in January, so I suspect that the UK sky one lineup is a little behind.
Generally speaking I suspect it will be around after Stargate season 7 finishes

Yup, looks like January is gonna be great! I've managed to stay unspoilt for Angel, so very much looking forward to the new season starting- can't wait for Season 7 of Stargate to continue, the next three episodes ("Grace", and "Heroes" parts 1 and 2) are supposedly absolutely superb. I recently found out that the final ep of the season, "Resurrections" was written by Micheal Shanks and directed by Amanda Tapping, and given how excited she was about it at the French City Con, looking forward to seeing that too!
Just hoping I don't have anymore problems with videotapes- lost four episodes (including Avenger 2.0 and Evolution parts 1+2) because of a dodgy tape- it was brand new too! Guess I'll just have to buy S7 on dvd, lol.
Will reserve judgement on the new shows, though Jake 2.0 looks like it could be pretty good. Just have to wait and see!

Joely Richardson also looks pretty amazing in the trails - not bad for 38

That was one of the first of the new new shows that I saw advertised & it looks kinda interesting.

Definately a good schedule this year.
downloaded Jake 2.0 because i loooove the guy in it (he was in Popular totally funny series that wasnt given the credit it was worth) but found it slow and boring but i only watched it up episode 3 so maybe it'll get better.
Cant wait for Nip/Tuck looks soooo funny and i have developed a liking for Julian Mcmahon he's a good actor and yea i admit kinda cute
cant wait for the rest of the angel season to start up again tis aaaall good
need to catch up on my SG1 too.

Yes i totally agree! i loved that show, even though most people i've spoken to thought it was rubbish. Plus he is rather yummy

Any news of the new series of 24 that's starting on Sky 1 this month then??
According to Sky One adverts, it'll begin airing in February sometime, along with Jake 2.0, which was supposed to begin airing tomorrow
Must admit, i'm looking forward to seeing Angel but i don't fancy Nip/Tuck at all.

Yeah, I've seen the trailers for Nip/Tuck and it does nothing for me whatsoever.
Can't quite understand what all the hype is about.
Yet 'Miracles' is going largely unnoticed on Living TV. Not exactly an original show but great viewing nonetheless.

I've largely given up trying to watch sky because the 'rents usually have it glued to hallmark..
