This was just a fantastic episode all around.

Angel reached a very dark place, deciding to quit and then lo and behold, who should come back onto the scene but Cordelia!.

It was wonderful to see her again, i didn't realise how much i missed her character til then.

Her talk with Angel, when she said "the man i fell..." i was hoping that at sometime during the episode she would say that she was in love with him, because she was. It didn't happen. Their chemistry was just great together. I loved the way she handled Eve, and what she threatened to do to her with her expensive shoes was just pure Cordelia.

The interaction between Spike and Angel was again on the mark. The look of indignance on Angel's face when Spike called him a "tit" was just priceless.

The fight scene between Angel and Lindsay... what can i say?, it was awesome. There was a lot of wirework but i thought it just added to the whole drama of the episode.

But the clincher for me was that final scene between Angel and Cordelia. The farewell, the kiss, the telephone ringing and the look of utter devastation on his face when he realised what had happened and what she'd done for him. Pure magic.

I kind of got a suspicion about Cordelia at the beginning when she drew the curtain around the prone figure in the bed at the hospital when Angel and Wesley went to see her. It was sad to see my suspicion confirmed.

A very fitting 100th episode and an equally fitting farewell for Cordelia. I'll miss her.

Decent ep, though hopefully they're going to actually provide some background on Eve & Lindsay and what they were up they were up to. Of course, the highlight of the show was without doubt the quantity, and quality, of cleavage CC had on show

I absolutely loved this episode, it was brilliant, I liked how things from season 4 were brought up like lilahs death and connor. I wasn't really a huge fan of the angel/cordy relationship but after this episode I wanted them to be together, I was crying like a baby when we found out she was dead. I'm so glad I'm spoiler free at the moment.

I liked how Spike and Angel were interacting too, and it was nice to see the whole gang going for a drink, including Spike and Harmony. I thought Harmony was really funny.

I thought it was cool how gunn wanted to get in the fight, I miss the old gunn. Did anyone else notice that there was a kind of look between wes and fred when he did the spell, I thought that was cool and can't wait to see what happens there.

I didn't get that quite so fast, it was around the time when Cordy had Doyles video on and was talking about his death, it sort of made me think about why cordy was there.

The lidnsey/eve story finished quickly, but I did like the end, the fight scene was brilliant, nice to see Christian with his top off and David looked sooooo nice

I watched this episode twice in the same night, the second time at midnight(I tape them so I can get my fix until the boxsets come out) cos I watching nip/tuck, so I ended up getting to sleep around 1.00 AM, thats how much I loved this episode

Well, either JW et al were offering insightful and challenging commentary on the nature of polyamority in contemporary American society, or they needed an in-show love interest for the ratings plus a parent-show love interest for x-over episodes

This episode really made me like Harmony... "I don't mind taking one for the team" LMFAO

Thought this was an outstanding episode and the eve/lindsay storyline has nicely played out the time til they introduce the real big bad... I was really hoping that this would be the case as I didn't see how they could sustain this plot for the rest of the season.

Unfortunately I had an idea that Cordy wasn't back properly even though I'd tried to remain spoiler free, I thought the whole thing was great.. til the kiss. The Angel and Cordelia relationship has never rang true for me and it just seems cack handed and tagged on to have them kiss just as she said that she was going and never coming back.

Looking forward to seeing what Eve is going to do next? Does she have it in her to take revenge or will the senior partners take care of her before she gets the chance?

The thing that always struck me about it was that for Angel, Buffy was an ideal - a dream-girl that he could never have. Buffy was a young schoolgirl and it was pure first love.

In "Angel" the character as well as the show has grown up. He found Cordy more slowly and although she was the same age as Buffy, was allowed to mature more quickly on the show, and develop better. I think that Cordelia was Angel's "grown-up" love interest. She was always played as more of a woman than Buffy who, even when she entered her 20's still came over as a girl

Are we into the episodes where Josh knows there's not going to be another series? This kind of looked like a case of tying up loose ends with Cordelia, and if both shows hadn't got into a habit of presenting false big bads before the real biggie (Spike before Angelus, Horned Bloke before Jasmine kinda thing), I would have said they rushed Lindsay forward to make way for the ending Josh planned for the final Angel season.

Perhaps, having already heard Stan Ridgeway's 'Camouflage', this episode was slightly spoiled for me...

Great ep tonight, though (well, it had it's moments, anyway).
