Got to be DS9 for me...with Next Generation second. Not been a fan of Enterprise although I only watched the first season. Voyager started off really badly but was good towards the end. The original series is just slightly to naff for me but it is watchable.

Based on the overall quality of the episodes Id have to say the original series, however since there were well over twice as many Next Gen episodes made, there are probably more of that series that I actually rate highly.
