Still watching. Don't know if anyone else noticed that Naveen Andrews was listed in Indie TV section as being in the film 'Kama Sutra' (1995), right after the Channel 4 broadcast on Wednesday...
Lost Discussion Thread - up to episode 16 (Channel 4)
So Lost finally starts on Channel 4 tonight. It's one of the most eagerly awaited shows to make it across the Atlantic in years (well so people tell me at least!).
I'm going to have to tape it unfortunately as I'm out tonight, but I'm looking forward to it after all the hype.
Is there anyone else who is looking forward to this?
PS: For those of you who have seen it already, please don't post about anything that hasn't been shown on Channel 4. Ta

German TV is close to the end too and I nearly got spoiled when I was away the other week!

Hmm can't say to much about the show as its being shown on RTE and the first season is almost done.
Perhaps not the greatest surprise, but Lost has won the Emmy for best drama series, for once I actually agree with these award things!
Cant wait for season 2!

Same here. Luckily it kicks off again in the US this week and shouldn't be too long until it makes it to Dutch Tv again. Such ashame that the UK is so far behind with this brilliant series!
And I'll have my alarm set for the early hours of Thursday morning ready for the torrents

so, who is still watching. I have to admit that this weeks episode ('Special') was the one that made me realise i was hooked. when originally showed in the US, this was the point where they has the mid season hiatus and I had to wait weeks to find out what had happened to Claire. I shouted something not very nice at the TV when it happened!!
I'd seen the five most recent (E4) episodes on DVD so I haven't seen a new one for a while. I'm hoping to get the boxset while I'm on holiday though so I'll probably watch the rest of the series on the day I get back
OK something that has already been said probably, but I was thinking Claire was 8 months gone when she flew, and I know for a fact that a great deal of airlines won't fly passengers that far gone so I wonder why.
Actually many airlines will let you fly providing you have a doctors certificate stating you are fit to fly (which has to be given off xx hours before flight and you are okayed by some board) and the flight isn't over a certain number of hours and you aren't less than a certain x days before your due date. So pregnant women can fly it just comes with a heck of a lot extra paperwork

I thought one of the reasons they can't always fly is because the airline doesn't want to be responsible for what happens to the passenger and it's harder to insure a pregnant lady.

So who else thought Sawyer finally telling Jack what his father said to him in the bar was a 'Awww...' moment?
I did. It was nice to see them finally have a moment when they were acting kind toward each other and not sniping. (Of course, that won't last.)

that scene was rather touching
I love how this episode is starting to push the fact that non of our main charcters really had a choice about what plane they caught

Then you must like Sawyer most of the time.

I don't like Sawyer when he's being nice. I like him when he's being a b***ard
She didn't like him at all when it first started, she fancied Jack for a bit and then moved on to Hurley. I've liked Sawyer from day one and I wouldn't kick Sayeed out either
