I probably will watch it but, I have to say, last season was something of nothing. I kept watching each episode wondering whether something exciting would happen in this one. But I got through the whole season and it was kind of "so what?"

If this had been a show in the US, I doubt very much that it would have got a second season.

Though Buffy it yearns to be.

I watched a couple of episodes, but found it all rather baffling. The bizzare public-school-come-hippy-colony setting didn't help much. A big part of what made Buffy work was juxtaposing the fantastical with the everyday, but that place only counts as everyday for those who live in Islington with a column in the Guardian.

Still think the last quality UK fantasy series is Ultraviolet. (Yes, expecting the commission any time now. )

Reasons I'll be watching Hex:
Season 1 was left on a kinda cliffhanger.
It's a short season.

Reasons I might not tune in after the 1st episode:
It wasn't actually a spectacularly memorable 1st season & I don't have high hopes for season 2 so far.

I stopped watching Hex after a couple of episodes last season. It didn't appeal in the slighest..... okay maybe some "bits"... But if it's your thing go watch it.... I certainly won't And it certainly aint Buffy

Ditto to pretty much everything said above. I'll watch it if there isn't anything else on tv at the same time. Apart from the very odd one-liners there was nothing holding my imagination.

This has to be the first scifantasy show in a long while that I haven't had one thought about buying a set of dvds (ok there are many on my wishlist in my head) it's that droll that it's just not worth contemplating owning.

Also apart from Thelma, I can't even remember any of the character names - also not a good sign
