Looks like I'll have to set the video, both start before I get home from work!
SG-1 S9 and Atlantis S2 air dates for the UK
I contacted Sky, and they finally got back to me with the airdates for Season nine of Stargate SG-1 and Season two of Stargate Atlantis-
Stargate SG-1 starts on Tuesday the 18th of October at 8pm on Sky One.
Stargate Atlantis starts on Wednesday 19th of October at 8pm, also on Sky One.
Set those reminders, folks!

at least they are on different days this time, it was just too much having one after the other last season. (and it didn't help that SG1 was a bit naff, they probably should of given up with SG1 and just gone with Atlantis)

If you thought the last season of SG-1 was naff, wait till you see this one...
A few comments from friends: "Watching Atlantis is like watching paint dry. Watching SG-1 is like watching dry paint" and "I'd rather stab myself in the eye with a blunt stick than watch the second episode of SG-1"!
Still, Kel, any idea about Galactica (which has been superb)? It's just that they all premiered the same night in the US and are all on their mid-season breaks and Sky likes to show stuff in a single unbroken run.

Kicking myself for not realising that the familiar looking actress playing Dr Lam, as well as Wendy Paulson in The 4400, is Lexa Doig. I guess most everyone else knew she's married to Michael Shanks, too...
The first eps weren't too hot, in stark contrast to Claudia Black's outfit.
