I'm still sticking with this. It's up my street so to speak, and yeah, Brennan's legs!... *swoon*... . The vampire theme was a good one this week and managed to keep me interested all the way through, as previously i had a tendency to lose interest about three quarters of the way through... does anyone know if it's gotten a second season at all ?
Mutant X - sky viewers only
Tonight Mutant X had its own version of vampires - yes folks they get everywhere A mutant that has a craving for sucking the life literally out of funnily enough young pretty mutant women. Actually it wasn't a craving but a need as his cells were generating at a rate that forced him to seek out new prey.
After killing 6 of Eckart's new recruits the next prey was Emma, who kissed the *vamp* mutant and was drawn under his spell, luckily though Brennan saved the day with his wonderful high kicks (spoiled a little this week by the wire work - but hey those legs! :swoon: ).
In the end though Emma was finally saved by Shalimar following a few touching tears and a game of cat and mouse.
Had to laugh at the end though when Adam joined the youngsters at the local disco. Some woman in the crowd looked around as if to suggest their dad had crashed the party
I still like this series its good clean fun

I'm still not sure about this. Yay or Nay?? For now I'm leaning towards the Nay side.
Coming from reading the odd comic here and there and seeing some of the action in it, the word 'tacky' comes to mind for some reason, that and the fact I can't get the X-Men out of my head everytime I see it.
I'll find something to backup my reasoning eventually no doubt

Well Brennan's long legs back it up for me ... but I guess that doesn't help.
I suppose the fact that I'm not comparing it to X-men and just seeing it as a nice little action sequence programme (albeit seeing the wires every now and then)
Its fun, it has the same silly bad guy theory where you get bad guy of the week who then fails miserably .. its classic

We finally have an ongoing plot development. Well I am surprised. Still, If my radio hadn't packed up I would have been listening to the England-Paraguay Match. One interesting development does not make for a good show. SO I guess If there is no champions league football next week I will give it a chance again.
Overall, its still naff though.

I've seen about 5 minutes of these, so i'm not really one to judge, but yup, tacky is definately the word for it.
I've given up watching this. I had a couple of episodes on tape since I was out getting drunk a couple of Wednesdays in a row. I never got around to watching them and I've now taped over them with Buffy and Angel. No great lose I'm sure.
I just got sick of the bad acting, the simplistic plots, the poor attempts at fight scenes and the lack of character development.
