I assume you mean storys that follow on from one show to the other not just characters from one appearing on the other?

Five By Five/Sanctuary lead on from This Years Girl/Who are You? In so much as faith left Sunnydale and turned up in LA, and Buffy's appearance in Sanctuary was due to her pursuing Faith after her actions in TYG/WAY.

Also "Home" and "Chosen" have an element of crossover where Angel receives the amulet from W&H and takes it to Buffy in Sunnydale.

Well all of series 5 qualifies in a way, what with you-know-who making the trip over from the defunct Buffy, but "Damage" (consequences of evens final Buffy epp "Chosen" ) and "The Girl in Question" (mad, surrealistic comedy gold) in particular follow directly on from the end of Sunnydale's finest.

Suppose you could count Dru's apperances in season 2 as well.
