Craig Charles has been indefinitely suspended from Coronation Street by the show's producers after being pictured in the Daily Mirror smoking crack cocaine during a car journey from London to Manchester.

Charles has yet to comment to the press, but something tells me this won't bode well for that next series of Red Dwarf that they were about to start shooting. Any. Day. Now.
