Torchwood - series 2 rumour

Hi folks,

Being on the cutting edge of all things rumourish (*snigger* yeah, right), I recently read the confirmation that His Spikeness, James Marsters of Buffy fame, will be making a cameo appearance in the upcoming second series of Torchwood.

Any thoughts on who/what he'll be likely to be playing, and what wouldn't you do to be a fly on the wall on the set with him and John Barrowman?

as a rule of thumb, big names are brought in a) to play bad guys, and b) to stop you realising this is one of the weaker stories of the series.
derek jacobi aside, i think youll find that this has been the case throughout the current run of who/torchwood...

Wobag Time is an illusion, lunchtime doubly so...

I think its mostly representative of producer RTD being a total Whedonverse nut. Thats wy we got ASH in Dr Who last year (in what happened to be a rather good episode).

Itll be interesting to see if they make him play english again. Its one of the few things Im interested in in Torchwood S2 actually.
